  • Pre-Mentoring Selection Mentors and Mentees by KWIN & JWIN → Training of Mentors & Mentees - R&R of Mentor and Mentee - Mentoring Process - Submission of Application →Mentoring Mentor, Mentee Matching By KWIN & JWIN based on Application → Mentoring Sessions (6 sessions for 6 months) → Wrap Up Session & Submission of Mentoring Report →Post- Mentoring Assessment of Mentoring Report By KWIN & JWIN → Share Feedback of the Mentoring Report → Plan the Following Year Mentoring Session Based on Feedback

  • Session 1, 2 - Select a Mentoring Theme - 1;1 Coaching by Skype - 30-60 Minutes per session → Session 3, 4 Session 5, 6 - Each Mentoring Sessions Must Have Action Plans - Each Mentoring Sessions Need Follow ups on Action Plans → Wrap Up - Check on Progress - Status of Mentoring - Submit Mentoring - Report
